This floral papier-mache card box is from Kashmir in Northern India. It was beautifully hand painted nearly a century ago and made by 'M. Qasim & Bro' in Srinagar and dates to the mid 1930's. 

It's ideal for trinkets and storage of your favourite things or just as a decorative ornament.
